| Space Rental Information* |
No reservations necessary for outside spaces! Come as early as you like, set up and start selling. Smiley will come by and collect later. Rental rates begin at $15 per day. Rental rates apply for tables and/or ground space. Smiley's Yard Sale area has over 600 spaces with 8' x 30'' tables; ground spaces are 9' x 25''.
You may enter Smiley's Yard sale area anytime Friday from 5 AM until Sunday 5 PM. To enter after 5 PM until 5 AM on Friday night/Saturday morning or Saturday night/Sunday morning, please use the drive that is located at the traffic light. A guard will let you thru (all other gates are typically secured until after 5AM).
